Brain Exchange: The Fulbright Program in Poland. Justyna Janiszewska

The friendships and knowledge that participants in the Fulbright Program build last lifetimes. Fulbright Poland sends students to Poland from the US and vice versa to study and work together. Arriving in Poland, the  US students are met with cultural differences that can surprise them. More than a few stay for good. Arriving in the US, Fulbright scholars are expected to promote Poland with everything they do. Not surprisingly, the expectations are high and the competition fierce.  In this episode of Heart of Poland, we spoke to Fulbright Poland's Director, Justyna Janiszewska to hear about how international exchanges are changing the lives of participants, nations and helping shape ideas in science and art.
