Employment in Poland's shipbuilding industry has risen by nearly 8,000 since 2015, the Ministry of Maritime Economy and Inland Waterways announced on Thursday.
The Indian company Baijnath Melaram specialising in ship recycling will open its European headquarters in Szczecin, north-western Poland, the company's representative and members of the West Pomeranian Indian Chamber of Commerce (ZIIG) announced on Friday.
