Since February 24, 2022, when Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Caritas Polska, the largest charity organisation in Poland, has given out PLN 597 million (EUR 125 million) in support to Ukraine and refugees from that country.
Caritas Polska, a Catholic charity, has collected more than PLN 100 million (EUR 21.54 million) in aid for Ukraine.
By the end of October, Mastercard and Polish charitable organisation Caritas Polska plan to have installed the first 11 donation machines in 10 locations nationwide, Caritas Polska's director, Rev. Marcin Izycki, has announced.
