Some Polish churches will increase the number of midnight masses celebrated by Roman Catholics following an appeal by bishops.
Archbishop Henryk Gulbinowicz has been forbidden from celebrating Holy Mass, taking part in public meetings and using the bishop's insignia as the result of accusations of sexual harassment, the Apostolic Nunciature in Poland announced on Friday.
