Medical council appeals to PM to introduce state of emergency

Poland's Supreme Medical Council (NRL) appealed on Friday to Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki to introduce a state of emergency, which would limit public movement to an absolute minimum and thus the spread of the coronavirus epidemic.
