Russian Gazprom must refund USD 1.5 bln to Poland's gas monopolist PGNiG

On June 5, PGNiG and Gazprom signed an annex to the Yamal contract, under which the Polish company expects to receive a USD 1.5 bln net return by July 1, 2020, PGNiG has said in a statement.

Poland's gas monopolist PGNiG has won a lawsuit against Russia's Gazprom regarding the revision of the contract price for gas supplied by Gazprom under the 1996 Yamal Contract.

Poland's gas monopolist PGNiG has notified the Russian gas giant Gazprom that it will not renew the Yamal Contract after December 31, 2022, according to a PGNiG statement issued on Friday.
