Broadcaster Canal+ Polska cancels IPO

Private TV broadcaster Canal+ Polska has withdrawn from its planned IPO citing unfavourable conditions on the financial markets, the company announced in a Tuesday statement.

CANAL+ to join WSE

The company which is formally known as Platforma CANAL+ has a 21 percent share of the pay TV market in Poland with 2.7 million subscribers.

Restaurants raise record breaking 300,000 PLN to help those in need
