The Polish tall ship Dar Młodzieży will dock on Thursday in Gdynia, northern Poland, from its round-the-world Independence Cruise marking the Polish independence centenary. During a ten-month journey, the ship visited 23 ports in several countries.
The spot about Poland's independence centenary was created in cooperation with, and the participation of, actor and director Mel Gibson, the Polish National Foundation (PFN) announced on Saturday.
The “I Love Poland” programme, designed to promote Poland worldwide, was launched in Szczecin (north-west Poland) on Saturday. As part of the program, a yacht, “I Love Poland”, was bought by the Polish National Foundation to take part in prestigious regattas.

The Polish Study Programme has been set up at the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation (VOC) in Washington DC, on the initiative of the Polish National Foundation (PFN), an organisation responsible for Poland's promotion abroad.
