Polish sanctions law enabled freezing of EUR 2.7 bln in assets

Poland has managed to freeze PLN 13 billion (EUR 2.73 billion) in assets related to the Russian and Belarusian regimes, a deputy interior minister told the Senate on Wednesday.

Netflix braces itself for national backlash from diehard fans over its remake of legendary film Znachor

In anticipation of reaction to its modern-day take on the 1982 classic about an outstanding surgeon who loses his memory following an attack, Netflix posted on social media: "Ladies and gentlemen, Your Honour, this is Leszek Lichota as Rafal Wilczur. Znachor is coming to Netflix in the second half of the year."
