Poland has received an offer from the American administration to organise a meeting between Polish President Andrzej Duda and US President Donald Trump this Monday in New York, Duda's chief aide Krzysztof Szczerski told PAP on Thursday.
Polish Senate (upper house) Speaker Stanislaw Karczewski met in the Senate building on Monday with the youth of Polish origin from Latvia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia, as part of their ongoing 'Poland is in you' visit to Poland.
The women plan to create a chapter which will choose people or institutions which have remarkable achievements in fighting economic disproportions.
US Presidential National Security Adviser John Bolton has confirmed on Twitter that President Donald Trump and his Polish counterpart Andrzej Duda will meet at the White House.
"There are various forces which are not interested in a compromise. I am glad that the EC Vice-President does not represent such a position," Polish PM Mateusz Morawiecki said after a meeting with Frans Timmermans in Warsaw on Monday.
