Though lacking in overt attractions like a ‘Visit Me Old Town’, it’s got enough pleasures and treasures to make it quite special. In fact, I’ve actually started calling it The Special K.
The first metal pillar standing around 3-metres tall was spotted in the city of Kielce at the site of a former quarry, while the second appeared on the banks of the Vistula river in the capital Warsaw.
