Poland expels Russian diplomat

Poland has decided to expel a Russian diplomat from the Russian General Consulate in Poznań, western Poland, the Polish Foreign Ministry said on Monday. The move follows Russia's Friday expulsion of a Polish diplomat from Moscow, the ministry said.

Poland’s Foreign Ministry has summoned Russia’s ambassador to Poland demanding that Russia withdraw its decision. Two other diplomats from Sweden and Germany are also reported to have been expelled for apparently attending the protests.
