Ninety residents of a homeless shelter in Poland's northern city of Gdańsk, out of a total of 100, have been infected with the Covid-19 virus together with seven staff members.

Everyone is bundled up in drab clothes, it’s -5 and we are all numb with cold. It’s hard to tell volunteer from homeless tonight. Starting at 8 pm, they won’t leave until everyone is seen to, sometimes finishing at 3 AM.
The ship-building project was aimed at teaching people humility and self-respect.
