Over Poland's 15 years in the EU, it has used – from EU structural funds and Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) – more than PLN 1 trillion (EUR 232 bln), along with a domestic contribution of PLN 375 bln (EUR 87 bln) said Finance Minister Teresa Czerwińska.
Poland received EUR 729.8 million from EU funds in March 2019, including EUR 230.8 million in current transfers and EUR 498.99 million in capital transfers, the Finance Ministry said in a Friday statement.
The Eastern Poland Development Programme 2007-2013 has been closed, accounts settled and the European Commission has agreed the final payment, nearly EUR 120 million, to be transferred to the state budget, the Investment and Development Ministry said on Tuesday.
