The S&P rating agency has kept Poland's rating at A-/A-2 for long- and short-term foreign currency obligations and A/A-1 for long- and short-term domestic currency obligations, the Finance Ministry informed on Saturday.
Poles transferred to non-governmental organisations (NGO) PLN 874.4 million (EUR 199 million) in 2019, PLN 110.5 million (EUR 25.3 million) more than in the previous year, the Finance Ministry said on Monday.
"Poland is ready for a global economic slowdown. Poland's GDP growth should visibly drop to below zero to make our deficit come close to the EU limit," the Deputy Finance Minister Leszek Skiba told the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna daily on Thursday.
