Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki arrived in Romania on Thursday morning to attend an informal summit of EU leaders in Sibiu, central Romania.
At their Wednesday summit in Brussels, EU leaders observed a minute's silence to commemorate the victims of the 2010 Polish presidential plane crash near Smolensk in western Russia that took the lives of the presidential couple and a range of top officials.
