The Polish government has extended a ban on international flights to nine countries until December 31, 2020, owing to the coronavirus pandemic.

Poland will ban passenger flights to 10 countries at it further tightens coronavirus restrictions, a government regulation published on Tuesday said.

The Polish Border Guard seized in Raba Wyzna (southern Poland) two Algerians who came from Bosnia and Herzegovina hidden under a semi-trailer truck. The men, aged 37 and 39, left Algeria a year and a half ago to seek a better place to live.

How Warsaw was rebuilt using mountains of post-war rubble illustrated in fascinating new exhibition
