A military parade on August 15, the Polish Army Day, which this year coincides with the centenary of the 1920 Battle of Warsaw, in which Poland halted a Europe-advancing Red Army, has been cancelled for epidemic safety reasons, the Defence Ministry announced on Tuesday evening.

Song and dance group revives unique traditions of Poland’s Lemko culture
