The Polish prime minister has accused Belarus of organising a provocation by pushing migrants across the border and of trying to "trigger a pan-European migration crisis."
The Polish, Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian prime ministers have accused the government of Alexander Lukashenko, the Belarusian president, of planning and organising the current migration crisis on the Belarusian border.
