With 600,000 masks, 60,000 liters of disinfectants and protective gear the State Fire Service trucks are heading for Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia.
Polish PM Mateusz Morawiecki on Thursday morning received his Croatian counterpart, Andrej Plenkovic, at the PM's Office in Warsaw. They were set to discuss the Western Balkans summit currently taking place in Poland and the region's integration with the EU.
Polish President Andrzej Duda told reporters in Tirana, Albania, on Thursday that "Europe needs South-Eastern Europe while South-Eastern Europe needs Europe," and stressed that the EU must keep its door open to Western Balkan countries.
The EU is divided on accepting the Western Balkans into the Community, Poland is among the countries who believe we should reach out our hand to these countries, PM Mateusz Morawiecki said on Thursday after the EU-Western Balkans Summit in Sofia.
