Military parade on Polish Armed Forces Day to be held in Katowice

This year's military parade on Polish Armed Forces Day on August 15 will be held in Katowice, southern Poland, the Polish defence minister said on Thursday, adding that the "Faithful to Poland" parade will commemorate the centenary of the 1st Silesian Uprising.

Netflix braces itself for national backlash from diehard fans over its remake of legendary film Znachor

In anticipation of reaction to its modern-day take on the 1982 classic about an outstanding surgeon who loses his memory following an attack, Netflix posted on social media: "Ladies and gentlemen, Your Honour, this is Leszek Lichota as Rafal Wilczur. Znachor is coming to Netflix in the second half of the year."
