Polish government praises British programme for Ukrainian refugees

Poland has welcomed a programme for the re-settlement of Ukrainian refugees prepared by the British government.

The British ambassador to Warsaw has been summoned to the Polish Foreign Ministry for a meeting after a Polish right-wing journalist and writer was banned from entering the United Kingdom.

President receives credentials from new German ambassador

President Andrzej Duda received credentials from the new German Ambassador to Poland. The acceptance of credentials by the head of state is the last stage of the procedure, after which Arndt Freytag von Loringhoven would start his diplomatic mission in Warsaw.
