Warsaw opens refugee reception point

A reception centre for war refugees from Ukraine has opened at Warsaw's Western Bus Terminal.
The centre provides information, meals and medical aid, the Polish interior ministry said on Monday.
It is one of several reception centres to open in Poland following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine on Thursday.
The ministry said the centres were ready to aid all those who have fled Ukraine, and that the services offered are free.
A spokesperson for Mazowieckie province, the region in which Warsaw is located, said further aid points for Ukrainian war refugees were being planned.
