Warsaw metro has shut down its three southernmost metro stations over concerns that a passenger may be infected with the coronavirus, the metro press service told PAP in the early afternoon on Friday.

A passenger felt unwell at the southernmost station Kabaty and was taken to hospital. He had recently been to London.

The re-opening of the three stations requires the green light from the local sanitary inspectorate.
