Trains between Poland and Slovakia, Czech Republic suspended

International trains on the Polish-Slovak border are suspended as of Friday, and on the Polish-Czech border as of Saturday, Grzegorz Swiszcz, deputy director of the Government Security Center tweeted on Friday over coronavirus concerns.

The Slovak government decided on Thursday that only foreigners registered for permanent or temporary residence could cross the country's borders. For now, the new restrictions are to apply for 14 days.

The Czech government introduced a state of emergency on Thursday for 30 days throughout the country.
