Tourists’ spending in Poland up by 6.4 pct in 2018 - tourism ministry

Foreign tourists coming to Poland spent USD 16.8 billion in the country, which is 6.4 percent more year on year, the Ministry of Sport and Tourism said on Monday.

The ministry estimated that foreign tourists, who stayed in Poland, spent USD 9.6 bln, which was 10.5 percent more in annual terms.

Same-day foreign visitors spent USD 7.2 bln, which is an increase of 1.4 percent compared to the previous year.
