Ryanair to introduce Katowice-Sardinia route next summer

Ryanair, the Irish budget airline, will launch in June next year flights from Katowice in southern Poland to Allghero on the island of Sardinia in the Mediterranean Sea, Ryanair and Katowice Airport announced on Friday.

The Alghero route will be seasonal, opening on June 2, 2020 with two weekly flights on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and operating until September 29, 2020.

This year, the airline plans to introduce 16 new routes from Katowice.

At the turn of October and November, Ryanair will launch flights from Katowice to Bologna, Brindisi, Cork, Dortmund, Gothenburg, Catania, Kiev, Odessa, Cologne/Bonn, Manchester, Oslo-Torp and Paphos.
