Ruling coalition continues to lead voter support poll

Voter support for the ruling United Right camp grew by 2 ppts since the turn of June-July to reach 44 percent in August, according to the latest study by the CBOS pollster.

The United Right is formed by Law and Justice (PiS), Agreement (Porozumienie) and Solidary Poland.

The main opposition grouping, the Civic Coalition (KO), comprising the Civic Platform (PO), Nowoczesna, the Polish Initiative and the Greens could count on the support of 19 percent of voters, down 5 ppts.

The far-right Confederation party strengthened its third-place position with the 8-percent backing (up 1 ppt).

Support for the New Left stood at 4 percent and for the Polish People's Party (PSL)-Polish Coalition, including Kukiz'15, at 3 percent.
