Polish software firm tops ranking of EU's fastest developing firms
Packhelp, a Polish software company, took the top spot in the "Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe" ranking, which profiles the fastest growing technology companies in Central Europe.
According to the latest report by the Deloitte consulting and audit company, another four Polish companies placed among the top ten in the ranking, including: EGZOTech (5th place); Solution4Labs (7th place); Zdrowegeny.pl (8th place); and Tylko (9th place).
The report showed that 15 companies from Poland ranked in the main "Fast 50" category. In this category, companies had to have had generated base-year operating revenues of at least EUR 50,000 in 2016, 2017, and 2018 and a current year operating revenue (2019) of at least EUR 100,000.
Also, another nine Polish companies found spots in the "Rising Stars" category, which required EUR 30,000 in revenues in each of the last three years (2017 – 2019), the report said.
Most of the firms in the main category come from the Czech Republic (21 firms). Polish and Czech enterprises together account for over 70 percent of the positions in the ranking. Croatia, represented by five companies, came in third.
