Polish Post to provide 15 mln leaflets with coronavirus info
Fifteen million leaflets with information about coronavirus will be delivered by the Polish Post to households around the country, as part of the government's information campaign on how to deal with the virus, the Polish Post said on Friday.
The leaflets will be left in mailboxes next week. They will contain information on the control of the disease and on the first symptoms that may suggest a person is infected.
In addition, five million leaflets will be provided to Polish Post customers, while all Polish Post offices will display informational posters.
The leaflets will also be available at petrol stations, bank branches and insurance companies. The largest state-owned companies as well as many smaller companies have joined the information campaign. In total, 25 million leaflets have been produced.
The new virus, first detected in China, has infected more than 97,000 people globally and caused over 3,300 deaths. The World Health Organization has named the illness COVID-19.
