Polish PM says his thoughts are with the British people
"In these difficult days my thoughts and prayers are with all the British people, and especially with @BorisJohnson and his loved ones. Stay strong, my friend," Polish PM Mateusz Morawiecki wrote on Twitter on Tuesday.
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who has the coronavirus, was admitted to hospital on Monday and was being treated in intensive care. On Tuesday his condition was said to be stable. He was given oxygen and was breathing on his own without a ventilator, officials said.
Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab has temporarily taken over many of the prime minister's duties to lead the country's response to the pandemic while Johnson is being treated.
