Oil supplies to Poland's PKN Orlen fuel corporation are safe, even in the event of an embargo on Russian oil, Orlen's in-house magazine "Magazyn GO!" wrote on Friday.

The publication reported that Orlen refineries in the region have supplies from alternative sources.

"Our company has fully secured oil supplies to refineries in Poland, Czechia and Lithuania, where delivery is taking place on a regular basis. If supply from the east ceases, deliveries will come from alternative sources," wrote the magazine.

It added that Orlen was currently expecting larger oil deliveries from Saudi Arabia and the North Sea, and planned to fully supply all its European refineries.
