Polish industrial production up in June
Industrial output in Poland increased by 6.8 percent year on year in June 2018 after a 5.4 percent increase year on year in May, the Central Statistical Office (GUS) announced on Wednesday.
In month-on-month terms, industrial production grew by 4.2 percent after a 1.6 percent rise in May, GUS said.
June's seasonally adjusted industrial production index grew by 6.6 percent year on year and by 0.1 percent month on month, GUS added.
Economists polled by PAP expected June's industrial output to rise by 6.3 percent year on year and by 3.5 percent month on month.
