Polish Development Fund sells EUR 4.1 bln in five-year bonds

The Polish investment vehicle Polish Development Fund (PFR) on Friday sold PLN 18.5 billion (EUR 4.1 billion) in five-year bonds at an annual interest rate of 1.625 percent, PFR head Pawel Borys wrote on Twitter.

The issue, to fund measures against the coronavirus epidemic, is the biggest in Poland's history and met with high demand from investors, Borys wrote.

Earlier, PFR sold PLN 16.3 billion (EUR 3.6 billion) in four-year bonds at an annual rate of 1.375 percent.
