Police detain two foreigners in attack on Israeli students

The police and prosecutor's office reported on Wednesday that they have identified the people who were directly related to the Saturday attack on Israeli students in Warsaw. Among them is a person of Palestinian origin. Two Armenian-Dutch were detained.

According to a spokesman for the Warsaw police, further actions in this matter will be conducted within the framework of international cooperation.

The attack on the students took place at around 5 a.m. on Saturday in Warsaw. Four Israeli citizens were attacked as they were waiting for their transportation to arrive. According to investigators, they were attacked by three men, one of whom shouted that he was a Palestinian. The aggression against them was due to their nationality, the investigators said.
