Poland's Stoch wins Zakopane ski jumping event

Three-time Olympic gold medalist Kamil Stoch of Poland won the individual competition of the FIS World Cup in Zakopane on Sunday. Stefan Kraft of Austria came second.

This was Stoch's 35th victory in the World Cup. He jumped 137.5 metres in the first and 140 metres in the second round.

Dawid Kubacki of Poland was third while his team mate Piotr Zyla ended the competition in eighth place.
