Poland's photovoltaic capacity amounted to 2528.37 MW on 1 September, 2020, up by 168.7 percent year on year, power grid operator Polskie Sieci Energetyczne (PSE) said on Friday.

Month on month, photovoltaic capacity increased by 11.8 percent, PSE said.

In August 2020, the installed capacity of photovoltaic systems increased by 267 MW, or by almost 12 percent.

According to PSE, photovoltaic capacity in Poland stood at 1299.6 MW on January 1, 2020.
