Poland's inflation expectations up m/m in August - EC

Poland's consumer inflation expectations rose to 47.1 points in August 2020 from 43.5 points in July, the European Commission's Directorate General for Economic and Financial Affairs (DG ECFIN) announced on Friday.

The European Commission's DG ECFIN conducts regular harmonised surveys for different sectors of EU economies and continually monitors the relationships between inflation perceptions, inflation expectations and actual inflation.

Poland's inflation data is based on a survey conducted by GfK Polonia during the first 12 days of each month on a group of at least 1,020 people.
