Poland's inflation expectations down in July - EC

Poland's consumer inflation expectations fell to 43.5 points in July 2020 from 46.1 points in June, the European Commission's Directorate General for Economic and Financial Affairs (DG ECFIN) announced on Thursday.

The European Commission's DG ECFIN conducts regular harmonised surveys for different sectors of EU economies and continually monitors the relationships between inflation perceptions, inflation expectations and actual inflation.

Poland's inflation data is based on a survey conducted by GfK Polonia during the first 12 days of each month on a group of at least 1,020 people.
