Poland's industrial production down 2.3 pct y/y in March - stats office
Poland's industrial output fell by 2.3 percent year on year in March 2020, after a 4.9 percent increase year on year in February, the Central Statistical Office (GUS) said on Tuesday.
Month on month, industrial production rose by 2.3 percent in February after a 2.2 increase in February.
Economists polled by PAP expected March's industrial output to decrease by 2.1 percent year on year and rise by 2.2 percent month on month.
March's seasonally adjusted industrial production index fell by 4.8 percent year on year and went down by 7.2 percent month on month, GUS added.
