Poland's CPI hits 13.9 pct y/y in May - stats office
Prices of consumer goods and services (Consumer Price Index, CPI) increased by 13.9 percent year on year and by 1.7 percent month on month in May 2022, the Central Statistical Office (GUS) reported on Wednesday.
GUS thus confirmed its earlier flash estimate for both annual and monthly CPI readings in May.
In April 2022, the prices of consumer goods and services increased by 12.4 percent year on year and by 2.0 percent month on month.
