The aim of the PLN 42 million (EUR 9.17 million) programme is to help children to regain full physical condition after a period of remote learning caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

During the Friday inauguration of the programme, Education Minister Przemyslaw Czarnek said his ministry was preparing four programmes that will support children in their return to schools.

Along with the fitness programme, the ministry is preparing projects offering psychological and pedagogical support, preventive eye check-ups and help in catching up on education.
