The number of jobs offered online on Polish recruiting websites fell in April by a record 28 percent month on month, the daily Rzeczpospolita wrote on Wednesday citing analysis by researcher BIEC and the University of IT and Management in Rzeszow (WSIiZ) .

The country’s recruiters published fewer than 135,000 job offers, 52,000 down on March and 80,000 fewer year on year, the lowest number in four years, the report said.

The decrease was visible in all sectors, although hospitality and tourism recorded the biggest declines, of 74 pct, WSIiZ’s Robert Pater said.
