Poland orders 87 million doses of Covid-19 vaccines

Poland has ordered a total of 87 million doses of anti-Covid-19 vaccines, including 62 million doses from five companies included in the National Vaccination Programme, a Health Ministry media officer said on Wednesday.

The delivery of an additional 25 million doses is to start in the 2nd quarter of this year, Agnieszka Pochrzęst-Motyczyńska told PAP.

She added that the 62 million doses are to be delivered by five companies: Astra Zeneca, CureVac, Johnson & Johnson, Moderna and Pfizer/BioNTech.
