Poland initiates coronavirus action at EU level - PM Morawiecki

Poland has initiated action in the European Union to fight the Chinese coronavirus threat, as the Polish health minister is set to meet his EU peers, PM Mateusz Morawiecki wrote on Facebook on Friday.
"Minister Łukasz Szumowski will be the first to organise a meeting with health ministers from the European Union," the head of government wrote. "#Coronavirus is not a problem for Poland, but for the entire Europe." "We are initiating action at the European level," he added.
Łukasz Szumowski announced on Tuesday that he had sent a letter to EC Commissioner Stella Kyriakides asking for an urgent meeting of EU health ministers in connection with the epidemiological situation in Europe.
