Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki told a Saturday press conference in Gdynia, northern Poland, that Polish companies and institutions should take advantage of Polish products and Polish technology.

In Gdynia, Morawiecki visited the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park where he met representatives of the Pelixar company, which develops innovative solutions for unmanned aerial systems.

He noted that drones produced by Pelixar which enable very effective monitoring of various industrial devices have already found their buyers and encouraged Polish firms to become more interested in Polish technologies.

The prime minister pointed out that among Pelixar's innovative solutions are drones designed to save drowning people and those that can be used to measure air quality.

According to him, Poland may soon become a powerful player in the field of drone production.
