Over 50 pct of Poles for return of Sunday shopping - poll

Fifty-one percent of respondents to a poll commissioned by CBRE, an international advisory and commercial real estate investment company, want shops in Poland to be open every day, including Sundays.
Every third respondent is against the reintroduction of Sunday shopping, and 16 percent do not have an opinion.
The percentage of Poles living in rural areas and in towns with up to 500,000 residents, who are against the ban, amounts to around 50 percent. The proportion of residents of cities with over 500,000 residents, who believe that the introduction of the ban was a mistake, is higher and stands at 57 percent.
The poll was carried out on a representative group of 1,061 adult Poles on June 19-23, using the CAVI method.
