Open’er is going online! For the first time since 2002, the legendary Open’er Festival won’t take place at the Gdynia Kossakowo Airport.

The pandemic changed the plans of over 100,000 music fans, but the organizers decided to offer them something to soften the disappointment.

‘Take me there!’ is of concert broadcasts that include fan-favorite Open’er performances from the past decade. Taking place on July 1st-4th, the dates when the festival was scheduled to happen, four or five concerts will be streamed online every day on the opener.pl website. 

The impressive line-up shows some of the festival’s best and most unforgettable stars, such as: Radiohead, Foo Fighters, Queens Of The Stone Age and Kasabian concert from 2010.

The organizers added: “There will also be special moments with Polish masters who are no longer with us: Penderecki // Greenwood and Zbigniew Wodecki with Mitch & Mitch.”

Other performers include Royal Blood, Jungle, Die Antwoord, The 1975, the one-time reactivation of Cool Kids Of Death, and the rainy and extremely colorful concert of Brodka.
