North Atlantic Council to discuss missile blast in Poland
The North Atlantic Council, Nato's main decision-making body, will meet on Wednesday at 10 am to discuss Tuesday's missile blast in eastern Poland that claimed the lives of two people, Nato's spokesperson said on Wednesday morning.
Oana Lungescu said the meeting will be chaired by Nato Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
"Nato Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg will preside over a sitting of the North Atlantic Council called to discuss yesterday's explosion in east Poland, close to the Ukrainian border. The Secretary General will speak to the media immediately after the sitting," Lungescu said.
