A sitting of Poland's National Security Bureau (BBN) has discussed issues related to securing the situation on the border with Ukraine, BBN chief Paweł Soloch said on Saturday.

The BBN met on Saturday with the participation of the president, Andrzej Duda, government officials and the commanders of the military and security services.

"Today, as usual, from the moment of Russia's attack on Ukraine, the general situation was discussed as well as issues related to coordination of the actions of state authorities, both in the international dimension, and in securing the situation on the border with Ukraine, as well as actions that state authorities will undertake in relation to that," Soloch told journalists after the meeting.
